{"id":7012,"date":"2019-10-23T09:21:18","date_gmt":"2019-10-23T09:21:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.elisabetbach.com\/?p=7012"},"modified":"2019-11-04T09:11:19","modified_gmt":"2019-11-04T09:11:19","slug":"las-3-facetas-del-precio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.elisabetbach.com\/es\/las-3-facetas-del-precio\/","title":{"rendered":"Las 3 facetas del precio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por: Elisabet Bach i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariselacuevas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Marisela Cuevas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>precio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es la cantidad de dinero que se recibe a cambio de un bien o servicio dentro de un proceso de intercambio de dicho bien o servicio. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forma parte de lo que se conoce como el Marketing Mix.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este sentido, e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l precio hace referencia al <\/span><b>valor monetario<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y abarca, entre otros elementos: tiempo, materia prima, dedicaci\u00f3n y utilidad. En un sistema de libre mercado el precio se establece en funci\u00f3n de la oferta y la demanda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De igual forma,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es un elemento que<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> denota el <\/span><b>valor de intercambio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de los bienes y servicios, dependiendo del nivel en el cual el bien en cuesti\u00f3n, <\/span><b>satisfaga una necesidad o resuelva un problema.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otra parte, e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l <\/span><b>consumo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es una actividad econ\u00f3mica que tiene una base importante en la <\/span><b>psicolog\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En funci\u00f3n del precio se generan incrementos o disminuciones en la compra de bienes\/servicios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, h<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">abitualmente se parte de la base de que el precio es s\u00f3lo una cuesti\u00f3n num\u00e9rica. Nada m\u00e1s lejos de la realidad. El precio de los productos y servicios es una <\/span><b>herramienta de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que debe permitir la <\/span><b>viabilidad econ\u00f3mica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del negocio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En definitiva, el precio influye en la percepci\u00f3n que tienen los clientes de nuestros productos y servicios y, en consecuencia, en su decisi\u00f3n de compra. De hecho, podemos plantear la fijaci\u00f3n de precios desde 3 perspectivas, cada una complementaria a la otra:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>mercado al cual se dirige el negocio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Seleccionar el segmento de clientes al que se ofrece el bien o servicio. Identificar a la competencia, conocer qu\u00e9 hace y c\u00f3mo se posiciona en el mercado. Y, finalmente, es importante definir la estrategia de la empresa respecto al mercado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>componente econ\u00f3mico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del precio: El objetivo econ\u00f3mico de un negocio es vender lo suficiente para cubrir los costes y obtener un beneficio. Es lo que se denomina viabilidad empresarial. En consecuencia, el precio debe cubrir, como m\u00ednimo dicha estructura de costes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>efecto emocional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del precio: El hecho de pagar activa en el cerebro la misma zona que cuando nos duele algo. Ello da prueba de que es necesario incorporar elementos que minimicen dicho \u201cdolor\u201d y causen el efecto contrario \u201cplacer\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saber combinar las tres perspectivas -de mercado, econ\u00f3mica y emocional- y ponderarlas es espec\u00edfico para cada negocio, es parte del ADN de la empresa. Dejar alguna de ellas fuera del an\u00e1lisis implica sacrificar ganancias.
